Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
AETYM is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and hereby informs the user that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
In order to maintain a relationship with the user. The processing operations envisaged are:
Handling orders, requests and enquiries, and responding to any type of petition made by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER's website.
Managing the registration and upkeep of member companies, as well as access to the private areas of the website.
Carrying out market research and statistical analysis.
Sending informative or commercial communications by email or any other electronic means, relating to the CONTROLLER's activity, where the user has consented to this.
On what grounds may we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimised by article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
With the USER's consent: handling their request and sending informative or commercial communications.
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures: registration and management of member companies.
Legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: carrying out market research, statistical analysis and attending to the USER's requests.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, or for as long as legal provisions require it to be retained. Once no longer necessary, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee anonymisation or total destruction.
Who do we share your personal data with?
When the USER addresses a request to a specific member company through the website, their data is disclosed to that company for the sole purpose of allowing it to handle the request, that company then becoming the controller of the processing it carries out.
Apart from this, no personal data is disclosed to third parties except, where necessary for the development and performance of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy legislation, or where required by law.
What are your rights?
The right to withdraw consent at any time.
The right to access, rectify, port and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current legislation.

Whether the information provided by the user is mandatory or optional
By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or on download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER warrants that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and undertakes to notify any change to it.
The CONTROLLER states that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. Should not all data be provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully match the user's needs.
Security measures
In accordance with current personal data protection legislation, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS.
